5. ATTENDANCE/MS. REED 5 days absent with a parent note
All other days absent per semester must have a doctor note or court order. approved field trip, educational leave with prior approval
OSS COUNTS AS UNEXCUSED!!
The COURTS will be intervening at a more steady pace this year.

6. OUTSIDE ACTIVITY WVMOVES Program Students get 42 minutes for lunch
Actually 50 minutes
After minutes – We head out to the track
Goal is to walk 2 laps each
Energizes them, fresh air, let off some steam

STAY IN THE LOOP WITH IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE ADMIN TEAM AND CTMS

8. Schedule You will follow your child's schedule this evening.
You will have 4 minutes in between each class, just like the students. 
You should get an understanding of expectations from each classroom teacher.
This is not the time to talk about individual student concerns. Please the teacher. 

9. We are looking forward to an exciting year here at CTMS.
There is a handout on the table with a message from the PTSO as well as other information. 
During your child's lunch period please feel free to stop by the Media Center.
