TASK 8 You are going to attend a language course in London and stay with a host family there. This will be the first time you are going to stay with a host family, so you want to talk to your host. - Ask questions about your room - Ask questions about food - Ask if you can smoke in your room - Apologize for asking that. You will host a student from another country at your home for a month. S/he has some questions. TASK 10 You are a tourist. You want to go on a tour in İstanbul and stroll along Taksim Square. Ask the Tourist Information for advice. How to go? What to do there? What to eat there? things to be careful of? Thank him/her and finish the conversation. You work in the Tourist Information centre. A tourist would like to get some information about Taksim Square. Give him/her some advice and answer the questions s/he asks.
