Betelgeuse Sirius A Rigel Vega Aldebaran Antares Pollux Castor Proxima Centauri Polaris To Print Produce a set of PowerPoint slides on the properties of each of these stars, to include: Image of star when viewed through a telescope Surface temp (in Kelvin) Apparent Colour (use the “halo” around the outside of the star) Diameter (in km) Distance from Earth (in light years) Apparent Magnitude (how bright it appears to the naked eye) Absolute Magnitude (how bright a star is at a fixed distance)
