2 Animal Facts Diet description.
The giant squid can Change color in the Blink of an eye but most seen in red. It is 440 pounds that is shorter then a school bus. Diet It is a carnivore. That means it only eats meat. It eats fish shrimp Other squid and small whales. 5 Life Cycle The giant squid starts out as a egg. A mother giant squid can lay up to 70,000 eggs at a time. Most do not survive. It takes eight weeks to hatch.
