The World Scholars Cup (WSC) is an educational competition where students from around the world compete against each other in academic events.

Individual multiple choice test
Collaborative Writing Write an essay – with help from your team
Team Debate Intense debate with support from your team
Scholar’s Bowl Really fast multiple choice – as a team effort!

8. WHO?
Teams from all over Norway Maybe from other countries A Junior section – 10 to 14yrs old A Senior section – 15 +

9. TEAMS?
Schools compete in teams of 3. You may choose your own team. You compete against other teams in your section. Your school can send more than one team.

11. PREPARATION!
You need to practise! You could form a ‘club’, and meet 1 day/week, after school. Competing students could join this club to practise for the event and receive news updates. Join the World Scholars Cup Facebook page!

12. COSTS?
Registration fees are: $90 USD / NOK 780 per team (if early payment by 8 April) or… $120 USD / NOK 1050 per team (if paid after 8 April)
