1 Here is a quick help guide for small problems. Keypad not workingIf the key pad is not working restart the computer that will read the programme again and should activate the keyboard.Safety on a computerDo NOT download anything from a site you do not trust it is safer to buy it or to go to the genuine site it will normally look a bit like this and that will tell you if it is the real one. If you download a app it will come with a download and some extra file’s it could be a virus or lots of different apps like ebay anti-viruses and more.It won’t turn onPlug in the charger in the wall and turn it on, then plug it into your computer and try to turn it on. If it turns on with a error message unplug any USB’s take out any disks and charger. 2 Buy anti-virus Now! It’s crashed Hold down CTRL ALT and DEL and chose the option to log out once it does that log back in and try again if it completely frozen try step two. Step two hold down the power button for 40 seconds and it will shut down wait 20 seconds and turn it back on again it should work now.It’s slowGo into the control panel and uninstall all the apps you do not need.
