6 Asking questions about last weekend We usually use Past Simple, so we use did or was/were in questions How was your weekend? Where were you? What did you do? Who did you go with?

Regular verbs Add –ed We rented a car and travelled to the countryside. I just stayed at home and watched TV. Irregular verbs Remember them We went for a picnic. The weather was terrible. I met some friends.
