9 4 Year Plan Why do we require this?
The Parent Approved Student Learning Plan (aka, 4 Year Plan) is a flexible form that assists students in considering a plan for desired core classes and electives. It can assist the student in planning for prerequisites required for upper-level courses and/or career pathways. The State of Idaho requires that every 8th grade student complete a 4 Year Plan prior to advancing to 9th grade. The plan does not enroll a student in any course. A signature on an enrollment form will indicate approval of revisions to the original 4 Year Plan, if the student chooses different electives.
