Jefferson bag—this is for sleeping bag and pillow
Names will be written on the outside
Must be carried by student
They are heavy if packed with other things
ONE Suitcase—This needs to have all other stuff in it
We will attach a tag to these the day we go
NOTHING can be tied to the outside
Wheels are great, but students will need to
carry it up stairs
Only 2 bags on the way back too!

8. SEND YOUR CHILD LETTERS

Include camp week (January 8-12) on outside of letter
Give them to your child’s teacher
Include day to distribute on outside of each letter (no letters given Monday)

9. FORMS
These forms must be turned in by ALL students as soon as possible:
-Neon Green (Intent—TODAY if possible)
-Blue (Behavior—Due August 25th)
–Green (Registration/Health—Due August
25th)
Only required if needed—All due Nov. 30
–Orange (Medication)
–Yellow (Self Administration of Meds.)
– Salmon (Food Allergy)

10. Medication Give medical forms to doctor ASAP
MUST have form for ALL medication including: aspirin, cough drops, vitamins!
If your child has a food allergy you NEED to have a medical form for Benadryl!

11. DATES TO REMEMBER CAMP January 8-12 Intent form due August 16th
Behavior (blue), and Registration (green) forms due August 25th
ALL other forms (medical…)are due by November 30th
Must be paid in full by November 30
