4 The Web Administration Summit Meet todays speakers… Chris Adams - IIS Program Manager Focused heavily on customer experience as a Program Manager, Chris spends his time working closely with customers to ensure their voice is heard for current and shipped products. He spends most of his time focused on building & reviewing technical content for IIS, working with IIS Most Valuable Professionals (MVP), and spear-heading new and exciting programs to best reach customers for the IIS team. Chris was formally a Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) engineer, technical lead, and supportability lead for the IIS product and has deep, technical experience in the usage and functionality of IIS 4.0, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, and 7.0. Chris is currently Microsoft certified as a MCP, MCSA, MCSE. Alexis Eller - IIS Program Manager Alexis has been a member of the IIS team for almost 4 years. Her focus is the IIS7 management story, especially the new user interface and new WMI provider. Shes done various IIS presentations at a number of conferences including TechEds in the US, Japan, India, and Europe. Eric Woersching - IIS Technical Product Manager Eric has recently joined Microsoft and has been working on IIS for a year now. His primary role is ensuring customers have an overwhelmingly positive experience using the product. His efforts include fostering a strong community around IIS, creating opportunities for directly engaging with customers, and injecting more customer feedback into the product development process.
