Focus of change: New Specification
Chair: Have had good progress after Stavanger mtg. Positive involvement from European members, will have more mtg’s in Europe in 2017 due to competency and involvement. Limited operator involvement. Ballot planned for October (Liaison with API 17Y Committee attempted 3 x. No success.)
