Infant Newborn Hearing Screening Two Tiered Screening Process Regular meetings with pediatric audiologists tied to hospitals with Infant Newborn Hearing Screen Training and support protocols to midwives through Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment

4 Anchor Center for Blind Children
Work with pediatric ophthalmologists Work with Children’s Hospital – offering internships to pediatricians seeking developmental training Monthly evals / consults with low vision optometrist Monthly evals / consults with pediatric ophthalmologist

5 DB Project Specific Work
Steady ID of our infants and toddlers – currently 20 identified Quarterly meetings with Anchor / CHIP – coordination of census protocol, training and support needs. Work tied to standard eye report forms for eligibility Work with medical community on updating vision and hearing protocols and training for very young children. Statewide vision and hearing screening training with referral protocols to medical community
