CALLED
Concession to design, finance, build, operate and provide maintenance to an electricity transmission line measuring 132 km long, approximately and with a 75 MVA capacity. The aim is to strengthen supply to the Pucallpa Sub-station, which presently has trouble meeting the rising demand focused on this sub-station. Once this new circuit starts operating in parallel with the current one with the same capacity will provide a greater power transmission capacity and reliability in the power supply from Sub-station Pucallpa.

Competition Factor: Lower cost for total service
The Total Service cost includes:
Yearly cost of investment with General Sales Tax excluded, calculated with a 12% rate and a 30-year period, plus.
Yearly operation and maintenance costs excluding General Sales Tax(“CO&M ”).
Bid application format:
Disaggregated costs for the Electricity Transmission Line must be shown in forms 4-A and 4-B
Only bids from bidders showing amounts and numbers for the Cost of Investment and the Cost of Operation and Maintenance (CO&M) that are same or lower the maximum figures established by Proinversion prior to the bid submission date, will be accepted.
Additionally it is necessary to submit a Bid Bond for US$ 1.5 million.

TENDER: QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Investors must go through a qualification process to be considered bidders and submit an offer.
The finance and operational qualification criteria are the following:
In order to certify the technical requirements, bidders have to show certifications or technical statements from third parties.
Whoever certifies technical experience may take part in the Tender with only one bidder. This impediment is also for its Related Companies.
Legal: No legal impediments to sign contracts with the Peruvian Government. Do not participated with another Bidder in this Tender; others details in the Bidding Documents.

Technical:
Direct operation or have operated directly in the last two (2) years, electric power systems that meet the following conditions:
Length:
No less than two hundred fifty kilometers (250 km.) in voltages of no less than or over 220 kV.
Transformation capacity:
No less than 250 MVA in substations with voltages of 220 kV or more. 5
