32. Texas Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Grant Program
The TCEQ’s Texas LEPC Grant Program is open to all eligible LEPC’s.
Allows LEPCs to establish, maintain, and/or improve their implementation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
All grant funds must be used to assist the LEPC in implementing the requirements of EPCRA and must go to the LEPC or towards LEPC activities.
