1 Welcome to 1-Minute Video Templates!
Thank you so much for your interest in my templates and for requesting your free sample. These templates have been designed to take advantage of several conditions on Facebook, as well as other social media, including: Facebook’s autoplay feature makes these short animated messages grab more attention in the newsfeed and help stop the scrolling Square format that displays well in the Facebook newsfeed on both desktop and mobile No audio required since most video viewers on Facebook do not bother turning on the sound For more information about how to use these templates, please see sample videos on my Facebook page and demos on my YouTube channel. You can also feel free to me at I look forward to seeing what you create with this template. Please connect with me on social media and let me know when you’ve posted your new videos! I definitely reward fast action-takers.  NOTE: You do not have permission to use either of the images on this page.

6 Notes about using this template
I’ve included multiple samples of the same basic template to give you some ideas about how you might use this template. The picture is inserted on top of the slide in the bottom/back layer behind all the text boxes. To change the picture, you can R-click on it and choose “Change Picture.” This will keep the layering correct and will keep any animations in tact. Manually adjust the positioning and cropping as needed. To edit any of the text, just click inside the textbox. Then use your arrow keys to move to the part of the text you want to highlight and replace. You can either copy-paste text or simply retype with the new text you want to use. As long as you follow the above methods for editing the pictures and text, the built-in animations should remain intact. This template does not have any “exit” animations which some of my other templates have to prepare the video to replay automatically in the FB newsfeed. Without this, the replay will begin immediately after the last text block appears on the screen, which can look a bit jarring. I will demonstrate how to work around this in the free webinars I’ll be giving to promote my bundle of 7 additional video templates.

7 Notes about saving slides as videos
When finished editing the picture and text, follow the steps below to turn it into a video file (MP4): If you have additional slides in the PowerPoint file that should not be part of the video, R-click on those slides and choose “Hide slide”. You can select multiple slides in the left column and apply the “Hide slide” function to them all at once. With only the desired slide un-hidden, click on the File menu/tab and choose Save As. Select the location where you want to save the video output and type in the desired file name. Change the “save as type” field and choose “MPEG-4 video (MP4)” It could take a few minutes for PowerPoint to process the video save. Go find the MP4 file where you saved it and try playing to make sure everything works as desired. Edit and re-save as needed. When you are satisfied with the video playback, upload the MP4 file to your Facebook Page (or to your personal profile).
