The Global Strategy is designed to produce the strategic outcomes of global education, mobility, diversity and relations that help the university achieve its vision to create global leaders. By serving the international population on campus, ISFS contributes to the diversity agenda that is ever so critical at the current time. One of the strategic priorities is to build a holistic approach to recruit and support international students and alumni by creating a support system encompassing entire university experience; from recruitment/enrollment to onboarding/orientation, from academic and non-academic advising to career and leadership development that will lead to increased international alumni relations and development outcomes.
