REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD - Janene Angulo, President Executive Board October 28 th - quorum present Actions taken not requiring further action of membership: –Carrie Suh approved as Programs Chair –Voted to schedule another Fun Run Fundraiser in October 2015 –Voted to honor pizza parties for all classes reaching their fundraising goals –Approved purchase of Olweus Banners via Mini Grant $509.92 November 11, 2014

LTE PTA Membership Meeting REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD (continued) General Membership Approval Needed: The board has approved a budget amendment for mini grants.  The mini grants budget will be raised from the current $10,000 to $25,000 for the 2014/2015 school year. 10. LTE PTA Membership Meeting REPORT OF VICE PRESIDENT, FUNDRAISING - Linda Briscoe FUN RUN – Chair, Tiffany Kerr -Raised $16,343.42 to date. Great success! -Pizza parties will be awarded to 16 classes that reached their classroom goal. -Money planned to be used for mini grants. More details will follow in the next meeting. LTE is identified as School Wide Title I Campus which requires us to Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment Identify & commit to specific goals and strategies that address those needs Create a comprehensive plan Conduct an annual review of the effectiveness of the school-wide program and revise the plan as necessary. We receive additional federal monies in order to support programming. The emphasis is on serving all students, improving all structures that support student learning, and combining all resources, as allowed to achieve a common goal.
