10 ELP-TT Self-assessment, peer assessment and project work: spoken production Learners work in groups to prepare a presentation in the target language on a particular topic. The whole class discusses what will make a good presentation, and key features are noted on a poster. Each group chooses a leader who is responsible for co-ordinating the work.

11 ELP-TT Self-assessment, peer assessment and project work After the presentation the group leaders meet to compare the presentations and identify positive and negative points. At the same time, individual learners write a reflection on the contribution they made to the group work.
