10 Recommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing a new Operations Agreement in the amount of $125,000 for the Gary and Janice Podesto “Impact” Teen Center, City of Stockton and Boys and Girls Club of Stockton, Inc. for a three year period with an option to renew.
