2.  A group of obligatory rules that organizes the relationship between individuals in a certain society.  Thus, the law decides:-  what is the legal interest of a person?  What is the authority of the owner of right?  What are the limits of that authority? The law also prohibits all members of society from invading those authorities.

3. When the legislator gives privilege to a person It imposes the duty of respecting these privileges on all other individuals

4. Is a legal interest decided by law to a definite person Public duty (not to invade) arises to face each right

5.  The idea of legal property leaned to law whereas the property transfers from one person to another must be legal. NOT LEGAL

6.  Relative right  Rights which arise from a specific agreement or mutual obligations.  Absolute right  A right that creates public duty (all other people have a duty to protect those rights.

7.  Private Duty In which a person is obliged to do something (active) or refrain Passive) from doing something for the benefit or interest of another party.  Public Duty All persons in the society have a general duty not to act negligently and harm others around them. Passive Test No physical burden Limited to the obligee
