2. Outline of the course This BTEC course is designed to provide a specialist, work-related qualification in understanding the retail sector. It provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to prepare for employment or further study. The course has a degree of involvement with local retailers and the use of ICT for research and project production You will also be undertaking work experience

3. Assessment requirements The course is assessed using 100% coursework and leads to a vocationally relevant qualification worth 1 GCSE at grade C

7. Second Scenario You work in a bank as a customer service assistant. An angry customer phones up complaining that they have found out that money has been coming out of there account. How would you handle this situation?
