Specific OER functionalities and sections TRAINING and GLOSSARY O3 is the main result of the CRAFTS project; it consists in a set of 10 courses specifically designed for craft to build their capacity and overcome what are very often only informational or psychological barriers due to lack of knowledge and tools on how to expand one’s own business in other EU Countries. The fiches will be based on the thorough knowledge of partners both in crafts and microbusiness and in training solutions and capacity building for the micro and small enterprises. The fields identified are the following: - Basic legal and regulatory implications to tap into the EU Single Market - ICT and use of ICT tools for competitiveness / internationalization - Basics of market analysis for competitiveness / internationalization - Branding and communication for competitiveness / internationalization - Glossary of terms for competitiveness / internationalization OER platform will host the following: A) glossary; fiches in 7 languages divided into the 4 subjects; B) reference material; C) examples of PPT presentations; D) case studies and analysis.
