Deaths – by the end of the shift… Confirm death in the notes Complete an inpatient discharge summary (AdHoc icon in CRS toolbar) Ask ward clerks to print it and send to the GP (unless Tower Hamlets practice) Either certify (book in CD cupboard) or refer to the coroner Complete a cremation form if necessary
