8. LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP)  LIHEAP delivered $2,519,768 worth of home energy services in their fiscal year  The number of homes served in LIHEAP was 7,368  Improved phone appointment process  LIHEAP has held 11 outreach events serving 490 households

WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (WAP)  Transitioned to Community Action June 2015  $637,223 grant through Florida Department of Economic Opportunity  Hire and train specialized staff  Incorporate new procedures  Bid and award new contractors  127 clients on list to be served  28 clients pending contractors completion

10. SUMMARY OF SUCCESS  Orange County Community Action Division was the first program in Florida to meet new organizational standards  Expanded and delivered specialized services  Met and exceeded 48 out of 50 national performance indicators

11. 2016/2017 GOALS  Expand Hours  Conduct a current Needs Assessment  Implement new Results Oriented Management Assessment (ROMA) standards  Create new levels of community engagement
