4 Department of Public Works 1.Robinson Park – Recreation Center Renovation (pg 9.1)  Increase appropriation from $500K to $2.6M  Fully funds project & construction begins FY 2017 2.Desiderio Park – Development of New Park (pg 9.4)  Increase total appropriation to $600K by adding $100K in RIF 4 Changes to FY 2017 CIP
