Navigation Tree 5 The navigation tree on the left side of the screen provides access to various sections of RSCP. My Workspace – dashboard view of data, links to information by category and status Exceptions – shortcuts to transactions that require attention (new, overdue, mismatches) Order Management – workflows for Orders, Stocking Units, Invoices and Service Invoices Master Data – set up data attributes that can apply across your company’s account My Profile – change your email alert settings and home page Upload/Download – upload or download data into RSCP Administration – only visible to users with an ‘Admin’ role, use section to assign user roles RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 7 Navigation Tree– Resize 6 A user can change the width of the left navigation tree by dragging the edge of the navigation section. The arrow icon to the top right of the navigation tree allows you to open or close the navigation tree. By closing it, you have more room on the screen to see columns of data. 8 Action Page – Sample 7 As you click down into the navigation tree, the workflows have ‘action’ pages which help you to locate sets of data or a specific document or transaction. This example is a search page for Purchase Orders. Use the blue buttons to perform actions. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

List Page – Sample 8 When you search or click on a link to select the data that you want, the results of your request will be returned on a ‘List’ page. Each row is typically a line of data from a transaction, such as an order schedule line. Use the selection checkboxes in the first column and then click on an action button. Note: Taking action on a row will sometimes remove it from this page (for example, if this is a list of ‘New’ order lines and then you ‘Accept’ some of the rows). RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 10 Multiple Pages of Search Results 9 At the top of a list page, you will see the number of pages, the number of records and how many rows you have selected on this page. You can enter a page number and click the Jump button to go to that page. You can also change the number of rows (records) per page using the dropdown list. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 11 Blue writing indicates a link that takes you to more information. For example, you could click on the ‘Order Number’ link below and this will take you to the ‘Order Details’ page for that order. Multiple rows with the same PO number means there are multiple lines in that order. Clicking the PO number in any of the rows takes you to the same PO details page for that order. 12 Details Page – Sample Header Line Items 11 This is the ‘Details’ page for one order. The top section is the header data and the bottom section is the line items, with one row per line or schedule line. You can collapse the header section by clicking on the ‘Purchase Order Details’ title bar – to show more lines at the bottom. Notice the breadcrumbs across the top – we went from a ‘Search’ to a ‘List’ of results and then to ‘Details’. Click on the ‘Search’ or ‘List’ section of the breadcrumbs to go back to a page. 13 How to Find Information in RSCP 12 RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Options to Locate Information There are several ways to find data in RSCP: >My Workspace – by category and status >Search – by search criteria >Summary – by search criteria and status 13 RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

My Workspace 14 Go to My Workspace from the navigation tree on the left. Each section provides information on identified categories. Each category provides the status of the order schedules within the identified groupings. The numbers are links that will take you to a list of orders within the category and status you selected. For example, there are 22 ‘New’ order schedule lines at this time. Clicking on the number ‘22’ takes you to list pages of those new order schedule lines. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 16 Results by Status 15 On the list page, you can see that the rows all have the state that we selected on My Workspace. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Search – by Business Process 16 Each category has a ‘Search’ workflow that can be accessed from the navigation tree. Enter search criteria and then click Search. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Search boxes are not case sensitive. Use asterisks (*) as wildcards. You can enter actual dates, a date range, or a relative date range (i.e. last 7 days). Click on the ‘choose dimension’ icon (A) to select from a list (e.g. Raytheon account codes). Use commas between entries to represent ‘or’. In this example, we are looking for an order with ‘2234’ anywhere in the Order Number and Buyer Part Numbers that start with 22, 23, OR 24. Searching Tips 17 RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 19 Refine the Search Criteria 18 If you want to refine your search criteria (to increase or decrease the number of results), use the ‘Search’ link in the top breadcrumbs to go back to the Search page. If you use the ‘Search’ link on the navigation tree, it will clear your previous search criteria from the Search page. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

Summary Page 19 Each category also has a ‘Summary’ workflow. This is a combination of the Search and My Workspace options. Enter search criteria in the top section and the results are returned as links per state. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.
