6. Interesting/Unusual Fact(s) You can’t buy cashews in the shell. Cashews are actually seeds. Cashews have to be roasted before they can be eaten because the shell is filled with acid. Some people eat the cashew apple.

8. Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? I chose cashews because I wondered why I couldn’t find cashews in their shells like other nuts. I also chose cashews because I think they are delicious!!
