Stock Control The quantity of flu vaccines remaining at each facility must be entered on the stock card Each additional delivery received must be added to the stock card (in Red) Stock removed from the fridge for use must be written on the stock card and subtracted from the balance At the end of each month the stock control form must be completed. This information should be taken from the stock card vials “ received, vials used and vials remaining” This should agree with the stock card balance Stock can be redistributed if necessary to prevent wastage
