3.  Twenty-four bridges span the River Thames in London.  The oldest bridge is London Bridge, which was made originally from wood.  London’s bridges are very beautiful.  Londoners are proud of their brides

4. London bridge is between the City of London and Southwark. It’s the oldest bridge. The first London bridge was made of wood by the Romes in the first century (1176), lately it war rebuilt. The present London bridge was opened in 1973.

5. Westminster Bridge is a road and foot traffic bridge over the River Thames between Westminster and Lambeth. The current Westminster Bridge was opened in 1862.

6. Tower Bridge is one of the finest, the most recognisable bridges in the world. Tower Bridge is the only Themes bridge which can be raisded.

8. Blackrriars railway bridge crossing the River Thames. It’s near the Millennium Bridge.

9. The Millennium Bridge was built in 2000. It connects the Tate Modern Art Gallery to the City and St Paul’s Cathedral. The bridge is about 320 meters.

10. Lambeth Bridge is situated between the Westminster and Vauxhall. It can be seen perfectly well from the London Eye observation wheel.
