Kathleen Yonce is the former Florida Regional Managing Partner for York Residential, a real estate company formed in Atlanta to pursue multifamily development projects throughout the Southeast.

Kathleen Yonce Worked For Aura Group Kathleen Yonce Kathleen Yonce is a former real estate management and operations executive for Aura Group, a private firm based in Boca Raton, Florida that has been involved with ownership, property management and the development of many different commercial properties and projects. Yonce moved to South Florida in 1993 and started working for Aura Group, managing over 280,000 square feet of commercial office and industrial space, including office and industrial properties in the area.

Kathleen Yonce Early Work With Aura Group Kathleen Yonce started her career in the real estate development industry in Florida in 1993 when she moved to Boca Raton and began working for Aura Group, a privately held real estate firm there. She managed the leasing and construction of tenant improvements for Building One at the Corporate Park at Kendall in Boca Raton. Yonce also managed the development and leasing of Building Two at the complex, all while completing her MBA in Nova Southeastern ’ s University ’ s Executive program on the weekends.

4. Kathleen Yonce Graduate Of Nova Southeastern University Kathleen Yonce graduated from Nova Southeastern University ’ s Executive Program in 1995. She attended her courses on the weekends while she worked for Aura Group in South Florida, managing several different properties of all kinds throughout the state of Florida. She managed over 280,000 square feet of commercial space while she worked hard to earn her MBA. Yonce completed the Executive MBA program in 18 months and graduated with a 3.95 GPA.
