2. Guy Brown Staff and Students welcome our newest Trailblazers: Eli McKenzie Griffiths May 16 7 lbs 14 oz. and Jacobi Peter Glabb Ferguson May 21 8 lbs 8 oz. Congratulations to Mme Griffiths, Mme Glabb and their families and welcome boys!

3. The Peer Mediators on the schoolyard today are: Blythe, Spencer, and Bella.

4. Grade 4 dancers have practice with Mrs. Onodi during 1st break. Grade 5 dancers have practice during 2nd break.

5. Attention all Grade 3 girls! If you did the standing long jump at our track and field meet last week, please meet Mrs. Ketchen and Ms. Yallop on the blacktop outside the Primary doors at the beginning of second nutrition break today. Please wear your running shoes.

6. Congratulations to our Co-ed Soccer team. Not only were they excellent examples of the spirit of True Sport but also came home with the championship cup. The team’s behaviour and efforts were great examples to all. Again congratulations team. Coed Flag football final tryout first break on the field.

7. Mr. H would like all Grade 7 & 8 girls who were on the soccer team to meet in the gym at the beginning of first nutrition break for a quick meeting regarding track and field options. The Guy Brown Track and Field day was a great success. Thank you to all the teachers and parents who were there helping and cheering on our track participants. Results will be posted once all events are complete. Please check the PE bulletin board for these results.
