DGETI has an offering of high school degree and 6 technical mayors. Currently has an enrollment of 1375 students. Specific Objectives: High school students share their knowledge with the children and put into practice the skills and competences acquired throughout their education. The student faces a real problem facing challenges and proposes improvements. Promote the use of technology inside and outside the classroom.

5 Project Description In Veracruz, Mexico there are elementary schools located in communities with extreme poverty and they still offer classes in a traditional way most of the times the teacher is responsible for all the groups and also is responsible for student learning. The Education Without Borders project aims to empower elementary schools in rural communities through the delivery of courses in digital tools, taught by high schools students using Microsoft Technologies, benefiting children, teachers and parents. To carry out the project should work collaboratively the 3 main actors which are the coordinator, instructor and student.

At each stage, the high school student should use ICT either within the classroom for planning and design, as well as outside it, in the diagnosis of the community, implementation and evaluation.

In high school where the student is part of a real problem, facing challenges, looking for the best solution and improving the project.

8 Design Learning Environment First students from CBTIS No. 47 and the instructors will receive training during three weeks, to plan, implement, and design the activities, using Microsoft Project 2010 program. The courses in rural schools last 4 months they will learn themes such as Spanish, Math and Science, when they explore the Microsoft Word content, these activities are apply to Spanish, Microsoft Excel to Sciences and Math. We used the following software & hardware: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Windows Live Movie Maker, Microsoft Learning Content Development System (LCDS) and AutoCollage, computer, digital camera and video.

9 Design Learning Environment High school students put into practice the skills learned throughout their art career, and develop skills required in the XXI Century such as: collaboration, using technologies and extending learning outside the classroom. Students (children, teachers and parents), develop technological skills, that will help them throughout their lives, leaving behind the traditional way of teaching and share experiences. 10 Learning Evidence The material produced by the instructors is shared through skydrive in order to make it available at any time. Instructors share their experiences through social networks on the official Facebook website, Twitter and YouTube. 11 Learning EvidenceThe project will help them to discover new ways of learning outside the classroom. Through his experience as instructors were sensitized to a real problem, helping children with extreme poverty to use ICT. Achieving this to reduce the digital gap in living the furthest reaches of our country. Results of the impact of the Education Without Borders project People directly impacted: 203 children, 18 teachers and 96 parents of primary schools. 1100 students and 55 high school teachers. People indirectly Impacted:1375 high school in Cordoba, Veracruz.

12 Use of Learning Technologies The implementation of the Education Without Borders project promotes the use of ICT implemented in subject such as: Spanish, math, science where the students have the opportunity to approach the use of digital technology.
