2 Page 2 Gap Distribution Center Process The Factory does not ship the units to the Distribution Center (DC) as in the normal process, nor does it Drop Ship Instead, the packed cartons must be loaded onto the DC’s container for shipment to the Gap At this time RLM also updates the Factory’s container files to create the intercompany documents for Ditto Container loading is done by the floor manager by assigning Pick Tickets to a container NOTE: Since this is DC loading it is Company 01 (Jordache), not 76 (JRA Yucatan). 3 Page 3 Glossary of Training Terms The following terms will be used throughout this training program: –Field: A box on the screen into which you enter information –Value: The information (data) being entered in the field. Example: Division number, FGPO number –Icon: An image you may click to perform a function such as select, submit or exit –(Single-)Click: Also “Select.” Hitting the left mouse button once. This will activate an icon or select a row in a list of values –Double-click: Hitting the left mouse button twice o the same part of the screen. Used only to select and return a value from a list.

6 Page 6 Select Container Enter “S” on an existing container or… Press F12 to create a new container Press the Enter key

7 Page 7 Container Header Fill in the information and press the Enter key

8 Page 8 Enter Container Contents Enter “C” on an existing container to add a pick ticket Press the Enter key

9 Page 9 Scan Pick Ticket Scan the Pick Ticket

10 Page 10 Pick Ticket Added Press the F6 key to begin scanning cartons to the Pick Ticket

11 Page 11 Scan Cartons Begin scanning cartons to the Pick Ticket

12 Page 12 Enter or scan the weight for each carton

13 Page 13 Scan Cartons When scanning is complete, press F10 to complete the pick ticket If you need to Remove a Carton from the container, press the F4 key (see next slide)

14 Page 14 Remove Carton from Container Scan the carton to remove it from the Container When ALL scanning is complete, press F10 to complete the pick ticket

15 Page 15 Return to Start Completing the Pick Ticket returns the screen here. The UCC128 labels print at this time

21 Page 21 Loading Active If you do not complete the loading, the next time you scan the pick ticket the status will be “Loading Active.”

22 Page 22 Loading Active Error If you try to enter M on this pick ticket a “Loading Active” error appears. Return to the scanning cartons screen and press F10 to complete

23 Page 23 Error: Carton not on Container If you try to enter M on this pick ticket the error below appears. If the carton listed will not be shipped, email MIS to “delete” that carton If you have removed a carton from the container and the carton will never be shipped, you must email MIS to “delete” the carton from RLM

24 Page 24 Complete Load When the ticket has been completed, type “M” to finish the pick ticket and ready it for manifesting After the M the status becomes Load Complete Note the status is blank, not Active Load Complete
