Conclusions  Success criteria of the hierarchical approach proved to be an appropriate contextual framework to analyse project success.  Accessing stakeholder satisfaction could focus on the analysis of both the attitude (i.e. Likert-scale) and relationship between beneficial changes drawn from the attitude. Further research  Analyse the success of other (different) projects according to the hierarchical approach.  Developing the methodology of analysing stakeholder satisfaction.  Highlighting the ways of how project management (academics and practitioners) could use the results.
