وَهُمْ قَبِلُوا وَعَلِمُوا يَقِينًا أَنِّي خَرَجْتُ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ، وَآمَنُوا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي. مِنْ أَجْلِهِمْ أَنَا أَسْأَلُ. لَسْتُ أَسْأَلُ مِنْ أَجْلِ الْعَالَمِ، بَلْ مِنْ أَجْلِ الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي لأَنَّهُمْ لَكَ. ils les ont reçues ; ils ont vraiment reconnu que je suis sorti d’auprès de toi et ils ont cru que tu m’as envoyé. Je ne prie pas pour le monde, mais pour ceux que tu m’as donnés, parce qu’ils sont à toi and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me. I pray for them. Je ne suis plus dans le monde ; eux sont dans le monde, et moi je vais à toi. Père saint, garde les en ton nom, (ce nom) que tu m’as donné, afin qu’ils soient un comme nous. And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them. Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are.

حِينَ كُنْتُ مَعَهُمْ فِي الْعَالَمِ كُنْتُ أَحْفَظُهُمْ فِي اسْمِكَ
حِينَ كُنْتُ مَعَهُمْ فِي الْعَالَمِ كُنْتُ أَحْفَظُهُمْ فِي اسْمِكَ. الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي حَفِظْتُهُمْ، وَلَمْ يَهْلِكْ مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ ابْنُ الْهَلاَكِ لِيَتِمَّ الْكِتَابُ.أَمَّا الآنَ فَإِنِّي آتِي إِلَيْكَ. وَأَتَكَلَّمُ بِهذَا فِي الْعَالَمِ لِيَكُونَ لَهُمْ فَرَحِي كَامِلاً فِيهِمْ. Lorsque j’étais avec eux, je gardais en ton nom ceux que tu m’as donnés. Je les ai préservés, et aucun d’eux ne s’est perdu, sinon le fils de perdition, afin que l’Écriture soit accomplie. Et maintenant, je vais à toi, et je parle ainsi dans le monde, afin qu’ils aient en eux ma joie parfaite. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves.

أَنَا قَدْ أَعْطَيْتُهُمْ كَلاَمَكَ، وَالْعَالَمُ أَبْغَضَهُمْ لأَنَّهُمْ لَيْسُوا مِنَ الْعَالَمِ، كَمَا أَنِّي أَنَا لَسْتُ مِنَ الْعَالَمِ، لَسْتُ أَسْأَلُ أَنْ تَأْخُذَهُمْ مِنَ الْعَالَمِ بَلْ أَنْ تَحْفَظَهُمْ مِنَ الشِّرِّيرِ. لَيْسُوا مِنَ الْعَالَمِ كَمَا أَنِّي أَنَا لَسْتُ مِنَ الْعَالَمِ. Je leur ai donné ta parole, et le monde les a haïs, parce qu’ils ne sont pas du monde, comme moi, je ne suis pas du monde. Je ne te prie pas de les ôter du monde, mais de les garder du Malin. قَدِّسْهُمْ فِي حَقِّكَ. كَلاَمُكَ هُوَ حَق. كَمَا أَرْسَلْتَنِي إِلَى الْعَالَمِ أَرْسَلْتُهُمْ أَنَا إِلَى الْعَالَمِ، وَلأَجْلِهِمْ أُقَدِّسُ أَنَا ذَاتِي، لِيَكُونُوا هُمْ أَيْضًا مُقَدَّسِينَ فِي الْحَقِّ «وَلَسْتُ أَسْأَلُ مِنْ أَجْلِ هؤُلاَءِ فَقَطْ، Sanctifie les par la vérité : ta parole est la vérité. Comme tu m’as envoyé dans le monde, moi aussi je les ai envoyés dans le monde. Et moi, je me sanctifie moi–même pour eux, afin qu’eux aussi soient sanctifiés dans la vérité. Ce n’est pas pour eux seulement que je prie, Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. بَلْ أَيْضًا مِنْ أَجْلِ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِي بِكَلاَمِهِمْ، لِيَكُونَ الْجَمِيعُ وَاحِدًا، كَمَا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَيُّهَا الآبُ فِيَّ وَأَنَا فِيكَ، لِيَكُونُوا هُمْ أَيْضًا وَاحِدًا فِينَا، لِيُؤْمِنَ الْعَالَمُ أَنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي. mais encore pour ceux qui croiront en moi par leur parole, afin que tous soient un ; comme toi, Père, tu es en moi, et moi en toi, qu’eux aussi soient un en nous, afin que le monde croie que tu m’as envoyé. But also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me..

وَأَنَا قَدْ أَعْطَيْتُهُمُ الْمَجْدَ الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَنِي، لِيَكُونُوا وَاحِدًا كَمَا أَنَّنَا نَحْنُ وَاحِدٌ. أَنَا فِيهِمْ وَأَنْتَ فِيَّ لِيَكُونُوا مُكَمَّلِينَ إِلَى وَاحِدٍ، وَلِيَعْلَمَ الْعَالَمُ أَنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي،وَأَحْبَبْتَهُمْ كَمَا أَحْبَبْتَنِي. Et moi, je leur ai donné la gloire que tu m’as donnée, afin qu’ils soient un comme nous sommes un moi en eux, et toi en moi, afin qu’ils soient parfaitement un, et que le monde connaisse que tu m’as envoyé et que tu les as aimés, comme tu m’as aimé. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, And have loved them as You have loved Me.

أَيُّهَا الآبُ أُرِيدُ أَنَّ هؤُلاَءِ الَّذِينَ أَعْطَيْتَنِي يَكُونُونَ مَعِي حَيْثُ أَكُونُ أَنَا، لِيَنْظُرُوا مَجْدِي الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَنِي، لأَنَّكَ أَحْبَبْتَنِي قَبْلَ إِنْشَاءِ الْعَالَمِ. أَيُّهَا الآبُ الْبَارُّ، إِنَّ الْعَالَمَ لَمْ يَعْرِفْكَ، أَمَّا أَنَا فَعَرَفْتُكَ، Père, je veux que là où je suis, ceux que tu m’as donnés soient aussi avec moi, afin qu’ils contemplent ma gloire, celle que tu m’as donnée, parce que tu m’as aimé avant la fondation du monde. Père juste, le monde ne t’a pas connu ; mais moi, je t’ai connu, Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You;

وَهؤُلاَءِ عَرَفُوا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي
وَهؤُلاَءِ عَرَفُوا أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْسَلْتَنِي. وَعَرَّفْتُهُمُ اسْمَكَ وَسَأُعَرِّفُهُمْ، لِيَكُونَ فِيهِمُ الْحُبُّ الَّذِي أَحْبَبْتَنِي بِهِ، وَأَكُونَ أَنَا فِيهِمْ».( والمجد للـه دائماً) et ceux–ci ont connu que tu m’as envoyé. Je leur ai fait connaître ton nom, et je le leur ferai connaître, afin que l’amour dont tu m’as aimé soit en eux, et que moi, je sois en eux. (Gloire à Dieu éternellement.) And these have known that You sent Me. And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them. (Glory be to God forever.)

Adam Exposition طرح آدام The Apostles preached the teaching of the Holy Gospel, not by writing the Book but by the efficacy of being regenerated by the Holy Spirit. The indication of that was that they spoke in the different languages with tongues of fire. Les Apôtres ont prêché la doctrine de l'Evangile, non par l'écriture du livre, mais par l'efficacité d'être régénéré par l'Esprit Saint. L'indication de cela est qu’ils ont parlé dans les différentes langues avec des langues de feu. كان الرسل يبشرون بالتعليم المقدس الإنجيلي. لا بكتابة الكتاب بل تجديد الروح القدس. وعلامة ذلك أنهم نطقوا بكافة لغات الألسن بألسنة نارية. But the Jews who remained in their iniquities, disdained them, saying that they were drunk. The Jews unknowingly uttered the truth with their own mouths, because the grace of the Holy Spirit is the new wine which filled the Apostles and made them speak with all purity in tongues of fire. Mais les Juifs qui sont restés dans leurs iniquités, les méprisaient, disant qu'ils étaient ivres. Les Juifs sans le savoir, ont témoigné la vérité de leur propre bouche, parce que la grâce de l'Esprit Saint est le vin nouveau qui a rempli les apôtres et les a fait parler en toute pureté de langues de feu. فاما اليهود الذين تعتقوا في أثمهم كانوا يهزأون قائلين أن هؤلاء سكاري من سلافة. وليس باختيارهم قالوا الحق بأفواههم. لأن نعمة الروح هي خمر جديد. هذا الذي منه الرسل إمتلأوا. وبطهارة كانوا ينطقون بألسنة نارية.

Through their prayers, purify us also, O Master, from the evil of the old self. And make us worthy of the fellowship of Your Holy Spirit, O Lover of mankind. Through the prayers of our fathers the Apostles, O Lord, forgive us our sins. Par leurs prières, purifie-nous , ô Maître, du mal de notre ancienne personne. Et rends-nous dignes de la communion de ton Saint-Esprit, ô Ami du genre humain. We supplicate to you to accept us, we who are bowing down before you, crying out to you and saying we have sinned against you. You are our God since we were in our mothers’ wombs. Our days have passed by in vain and we have been naked of Your help and are unable to give a reply for our deeds, but we trust in your loving-kindness and cry out to you, saying: Nous vous supplions de nous accepter, nous qui sommes prosternés devant vous, en criant à vous en confessant que nous avons péché contre vous. وأمرنا الرب أن نصنع جميع الوصايا ونخافه ليكون لنا الخير جميع الأيام ونحيا كمثل الرب إلهنا كما أوصانا.( مجداً للثالوث القدوس ) L’Éternel nous a commandé de mettre en pratique toutes ces prescriptions et de craindre l’Éternel, notre Dieu, afin que nous soyons toujours heureux, et qu’il nous conserve la vie, comme (il le fait) aujourd’hui. رسالة بولس الرسول إلى أهلِ كورنثوس (13:13, 14:1-17)
أما الآن فثبت الأيمان والرجاء والمحبة هذه الثلاثة. ولكن أعظمهن المحبة. فاسعوا في طلب المحبة، وتغايروا في الروحانيات، وبالأكثر لكي تتنبأوا لأن الذي يتكلم باللسان ليس مع الناس يتكلم بل الله I Cor. 13:13, 14:1-17 Maintenant donc ces trois choses demeurent : la foi, l’espérance, l’amour ; mais la plus grande, c’est l’amour. Recherchez l’amour. Aspirez aussi aux dons spirituels, mais surtout à celui de prophétie. En effet, celui qui parle en langue ne parle pas aux hommes, mais à Dieu, And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy. For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God,

لأنه ليس احد يسمعه وهو بالروح يتكلم بأسرار والذي يتنبأ يتكلم مع الناس بنياناً وعزاء وطيب قلب. والذي يتكلم باللسان يبني نفسه وحده والذي يتنبأ يبني الكنيسة. car personne ne le comprend, et c’est en esprit qu’il dit des mystères. Celui qui prophétise, au contraire, parle aux hommes, les édifie, les exhorte, les console. Celui qui parle en langue s’édifie lui–même ; celui qui prophétise édifie l’Église. for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries. But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men. He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.

وأريدكم كلكم أن تتكلموا بالألسن
وأريدكم كلكم أن تتكلموا بالألسن. وبخاصة لكي تتنبأوا والذي يتنبأ خير وأفضل من الذي يتكلم باللسان إلا أن يفسره. لكي تنال الكنيسة بنياناً. Je veux que vous parliez tous en langues, mais je veux encore plus, que vous prophétisiez. Celui qui prophétise est plus grand que celui qui parle en langues, à moins que ce dernier n’interprète, pour que l’Église en reçoive édification. I wish you all spoke with tongues, but even more that you prophesied; he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks with tongues, unless indeed he interprets, that the church may receive edification.

والآن يا أخوتي أذا جئت إليكم وكلمتكم بالألسن أي منفعة أنفعكم بها إذا لم أكلمكم ببنيان أو بإعلان، أو بنبوة أو بتعليم، وقد يعطي صوته من ليس له نفس مثل المزمار والقيثارة. Et maintenant, frères, de quelle utilité vous serais je si je venais à vous en parlant en langues au lieu de vous apporter une parole de révélation, de connaissance, de prophétie, ou d’enseignement ? Si des objets inanimés qui rendent un son, comme la flûte ou la harpe, But now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you unless I speak to you either by revelation, by knowledge, By prophesying, or by teaching? Even things without life, whether flute or harp,

فإذا لم تبدل صوتهم. كيف يعلم ما يقولون أو ما يخرجونه من أصوات القيثارة
فإذا لم تبدل صوتهم. كيف يعلم ما يقولون أو ما يخرجونه من أصوات القيثارة. ومتى صوت البوق بصوت غير معروف فمن إذا يستعد للحرب والقتال. وهكذا أنتم في الألسنة إذا لم يتكلم الإنسان بإعلان، ne rendent pas des sons distincts, comment reconnaîtra–t–on ce que joue la flûte ou la harpe ? Et si la trompette rend un son incertain, qui se préparera au combat ? De même vous, si par la langue vous ne donnez pas une parole significative, when they make a sound, unless they make a distinction in the sounds, how will it be known what is piped or played? For if the trumpet makes an uncertain sound, who will prepare himself for battle? So likewise you, unless you utter by the tongue words easy to understand,

فكيف يعرف ما تقولونه. أنكم تكونون كمن يكلم الهواء
فكيف يعرف ما تقولونه. أنكم تكونون كمن يكلم الهواء. وفي العالم أمم كثيرة لها أصوات. وليس أحد يعلم بغير صوت. فإذا لم اعلم قوة الصوت. صرت اعجمياً عند المتكلم معي. comment saura–t–on ce que vous dites ? Car vous parlerez en l’air.Quelque nombreuses que soient dans le monde les diverses sortes de langages, aucun n’est inarticulé ; si donc je ne connais pas le sens d’un langage, je serai un barbare pour celui qui le parle, How will it be known what is spoken? For you will be speaking into the air. There are, it may be, so many kinds of languages in the world, and none of them is without significance. Therefore, if I do not know the meaning of the language, I shall be a foreigner to him who speaks,

ويصير المتكلم معي أعجمياً عندي
ويصير المتكلم معي أعجمياً عندي. كذلك انتم أيضاً لأنكم غيورين علي الروحانيات لبنيان الجماعة. فاطلبوا لكي تزدادوا. من أجل هذا من يتكلم باللسان فليطلب لكي يفسره et celui qui le parle sera un barbare pour moi. De même vous, puisque vous aspirez aux (dons) spirituels, que ce soit pour l’édification de l’Église que vous cherchiez à les avoir en abondance. C’est pourquoi, que celui qui parle en langue prie afin de pouvoir interpréter. and he who speaks will be a foreigner to me. Even so you, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, let it be for the edification of the church that you seek to excel. Therefore let him who speaks in a tongue pray that he may interpret.

لأني إذا صليت باللسان فروحي التي تصلي وقلبي بلا ثمرة

Car si je prie en langue, mon esprit est en prière, mais mon intelligence demeure stérile. Que faire donc ? Je prierai par l’esprit, mais je prierai aussi avec l’intelligence ; je chanterai par l’esprit, mais je chanterai aussi avec l’intelligence. For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is the conclusion then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will also pray with the understanding. I will sing with the spirit, and I will also sing with the understanding.

وإلا إذا سبحت بالروح فالذي يكمل موضع الأمي فكيف يقول آمين علي شركك لأنه لا يعرف ما تقول. أما أنت فحسناً تشكر ولكن الآخر لا ينتفع. Autrement, si tu rends grâces par l’esprit, comment celui qui est assis parmi les simples auditeurs répondra–t–il : Amen ! à ton action de grâces, puisqu’il ne sait pas ce que tu dis ? Tu rends, il est vrai, d’excellentes actions de grâces, mais l’autre n’est pas édifié. Otherwise, if you bless with the spirit, how will he who occupies the place of the uninformed say "Amen" at your giving of thanks, since he does not understand what you say? Et voici : j’enverrai sur vous ce que mon Père a promis, mais vous, restez dans la ville, jusqu’à ce que vous soyez revêtus de la puissance d’en haut. Il les emmena jusque vers Béthanie, puis il leva les mains et les bénit. Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high.” And He led them out as far as Bethany, And He lifted up His hands and blessed them.

وفيما هو يباركهم انفرد عنهم وأصعد إلي السماء، فسجدوا له ورجعوا إلي اورشليم بفرح عظيم. وكانوا كل حين في الهيكل يسبحون ويباركون الله. )والمجد للـه دائماً) Pendant qu’il les bénissait, il se sépara d’eux et fut enlevé au ciel. Watos Exposition طرح واطس The twelve Apostles were in Jerusalem waiting for the power which the Lord would send them. It happened that on the Day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit the comforter descended on the Apostles and they spoke in the languages of the heavenly inhabitants and with the voice of angels professing Christ and the glory of His resurrection. كان الإثني عشر رسولاً في اورشليم ينتظرون القوة التي يرسلها لهم الرب. وحدث عند تمام الخمسين أن أتي علي الرسل الروح المعزي. فتكلموا بلغات السمائيين ونغمة الملائكة واعترفوا بالمسيح ومجد قيامته.

So the Holy Spirit the Comforter, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father descended on the Apostles and they performed great miracles and powers amidst the people, witnessing to them with great proofs that the Lord Jesus rose from the dead. Praise be to God forever. فلما كمل عيد العنصرة حل علي الرسل روح القدس المعزي. روح الحق المنبثق من الآب وصنعوا آيات عظيمة وقوات في الشعب وكانوا يشهدون بعظم دالة (وبكل صفة) علي قيامة الرب يسوع أنه قام من الأموات. والسبح لله دائماً.

Hear them from your holy heaven. Sanctify them with your might saving hand. Cover them with the shadow of your wings. Do not forsake the work of your hands.
