3. Construction What will we call the site? What key words will client use to find us In a 20-25 word sentence, how do we describe our site, incorporating the most relevant key words What look or appearance do we want to have? Background color or texture? Navigation: text or graphic? Animated Graphic Long or multiple shor pages? Amount of text on each page? Sound? Video? Multimedia

4. Construction Do we want to provide special maens of communication? Areas of content Flash technology database

5. Hosting Hosted on another site? Hosted with an internet service provider without a domain name? Selecting domain name? Hosting by the same Internet Service Provider we have a dial up connection or separately? Do we want several different e-mails (aliases)? Do we plan to add additional functionality with our site in the future

6. Development Who is responsible for gathering information and getting it to the developer? Who interfaces with the development team during development? Who previews and authorize acceptance? Who will sign off on the project.

7. Updating How often will it be updated? Which sections? Who will do the updating? Do we want pages requiring updating to be done in a template so an office staff person can maintain the sections? Which sections? Who will periodically check links, check competing sites to determine our competitive edge, check our status in the Search Engines?
