Vertical Booking Channel Manager is also a “Preferred IT Provider ” of Booking.com, “Preferred IT Partner” of HRS and “EQC Preferred Vendor” for Expedia’s Quickconnect interface, assuring the Hotel gets the best connection and is always updated with the new features proposed by the Channels. It allows the updating of channels with prices per room and per person and updates all types of booking rules used by the individual channels. More than 200 interfaces, all XML-based and certified.

Vertical Booking is a "TripConnect Premium Partner” for TripAdvisor, "HPA Integration Partner" for Google and "Direct Booking Interface Provider" for Trivago. Everything is managed from a single control panel, which optimises conversion and return investment.

11 Beijing February 201611 Meta-search Provider The traditional CRSs mostly integrated external systems. Why? Because the software has to be specially designed to handle the high volume of requests per minute that arrive from the Meta search engines. The CRS must have the same capability of a large OTA like booking.com to respond to such a large number of queries, but structurally the CRSs aren’t built for this.To get around the problem, most CRSs used external suppliers with software specially designed for the job. Vertical Booking has developed its proprietary Cache Memory System that buffers the CRS by responding to the massive volumes of queries in milliseconds. This is a major advantage because the query response integrates all the functionality of the CRS, all rate types, discounts, and booking rules. For example, early booking discounts and those linked to the duration of the stay can’t be managed through external software.

It means there’s no need to double map rooms or rates on a separate system… hotels can simply manage their GDS distribution along with the IDS channels and Booking Engine from the same intuitive CRS extranet, with all the advantages that the completeness and flexibility of the system offers.
