Enterprise eTIME is a Web-based employee time tracking workforce management solution that provides a comprehensive and flexible set of tools: To schedule, track, and measure the workforce allowing you to optimize your return on labor investment That integrate time and attendance, workforce scheduling, absence management, and task management ensuring access to real-time labor data, enabling intelligent workforce management decisions, and eliminating duplicate data entry

19 19 Enterprise eTIME Manager Fact Sheet Managers: are defined as, anyone at the company who needs to view, edit, and/or approve another person’s timecard view the timecards based on the assigned employees’ format are provided with easy access to employees’ schedules can view summarized employee information using various shortcuts, queries and reports, such as QuickNavs and HyperFind Queries

30 30 Access Profiles Logon Profiles Controls logon passwords and session restrictions (e.g. change password on initial login; automatic logoff after 1 hour idle) Function Access Profiles Determines the areas of the system to which a user will have access rights, as well as what the user may do within these areas (e.g. ability to enter non worked hours; view wages) Data Access Profiles Determines which pay codes, work rules and reports the user has access to (e.g. Bonus & Overtime pay codes; Wage Reporting)

31 31 Labor Tracking Information Labor accounts are “cost centers” to which employees’ worked hours accrue. Enterprise eTIME allows up to seven labor levels that combine to produce a labor account. 32 32 Workflow Notification Enterprise eTIME can send workflow notifications from the system when particular events occur. Customized notifications may be issued to employees, managers, and administrators via e-mail. Employee: Timecard approval due/overdue Timecard edited by manager after employee approval Manager: Timecard approval due/overdue Group edit completed/failed

33 33 Implementation Process and Scope Performed by ADP’s Major Accounts Time and Labor Management Group, this average 16 to 20 week implementation focuses on timely completion and quality delivery and includes : Pay policy analysis and configuration of Enterprise eTIME application Time entry method to include the Web collection and/or timeclock data collection methods System Administrator training class and supporting documentation Configuration and testing of payroll interface Assistance with parallel testing and first live payroll
