Online Membership Payments When members join your PTA Online: $4 is paid directly to NCPTA for state and national dues The local unit portion of dues is paid directly to your local PTA PayPal Account Member pays the Paypal fees of $0.60 + 2.2% Members can pay with a credit card or their personal PayPal Account A membership card and welcome letter is emailed to the member The member is automatically entered in the NCPTA database You may download a list of members from the NCPTA database User has option of making a donation to your PTA when joining
