2.  We love him because he first loved us. Nothing can separate us from this love.  We entered this chapter with NO condemnation. 3.  He foreknew us, predestined us, called us, justified us, and glorifi(ed) us.  Past Present and Future!  Eternally His.  Eternally secure.  It doesn’t get any better than that. IT IS HARD TO GET OVER THIS!

4.  Who can be against us?  Who can bring a charge against us?  Who can condemn us?  Who can separate us?  Romans 8:37-39 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. WHO?

5.  No doubt about it, the Christian life will be a journey of battles.  The secret of success is obedience or surrender to the control of the Holy Spirit. Saying “No” is important, but saying “Yes” means victory!  We are to be Spirit-filled believers. Eph. 5:18.  Let’s look at several battles or conflicts we will face as Christians.
