3. © 2015 Ex Libris | Confidential & Proprietary Introduction 3 In the summer of 2016 the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition used by Alma Analytics is being upgraded from version 11.1.1.7 to version 11.1.1.9 One major catalyst for this change was to increase the amount of lines which may be exported from Alma Analytics to a csv file. There are however several additional useful features which are introduced with this new version, and we will review some of them here.

This saves a lot of time by not needing to redefine the same formula in multiple reports (and look up how it was done previously so it can be copied). This is done by using the new "Save Column As" option Once a column is saved it can be used again in the criteria tab by dragging it (or double clicking) from the left pane in the folder where it was saved to the right pane

By default each title size is based on the first measure in the report, while each title color is based on the second measure in the report. This is useful for comparing measures, such as number of loans versus number of loan days, or speed of vendor verses average price of item at vendor. This can be used to get an accurate analysis of complex data
