PIK3CA gene amplification in glioblastoma and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the lung. Quantitative real-time PCR was done on adult and pediatric primary glioblastoma samples, xenografts (Xeno), and cell lines (CL). Squamous cell carcinoma samples were included as a positive control.
