27 27 Staff Recommendation Approval of Design Review for a new six-story mixed-use building per the approved drawings, exterior design, etc. Approval of an Exception to the Oriel Window Standards to increase length of individual projections from 12’ to 24’-10” on east projection, and from 12’ to 13’-6” on north projection. Approvals granted based on approved Exhibits C.1 through C.45 (add new louver drawing), and subject to standard ‘Design as approved, no field changes’ condition.
