4 Test Correction Procedures On a separate sheet of paper… 1) Write your name at the top. 2) Write the incorrect answer you put on your test for the problem that you got wrong. 3) Write the correct answer for that problem. Be sure to label it as the correct answer. 4) Write a sentence stating why you got the problem wrong. When you are finished making corrections, staple the sheet with corrections to the FRONT of your test and give it to the teacher.
