4 4 Art in the Square Event Application: Southlake Women’s ClubApplication: Southlake Women’s Club Event Date: April 23, 2010 - April 25, 2010 in Southlake Town Square & Rustin Pavilion.Event Date: April 23, 2010 - April 25, 2010 in Southlake Town Square & Rustin Pavilion. 7 7 Art in the Square Event In accordance with the Council adopted Community Event Participation Policy –Staff recommends approval of the Participation Agreement with the Southlake Women’s Club for the Art in the Square 2010 event, not to exceed $10,000.00 which is 50% of the estimated cost of $20,000.00.
