Textile Factory of Varazdin was founded _in 1922. start of wool yarns and fabrics manufacturing _in 1926. the expansion of production process to garment manufacturing _ in 1948. The factory starts to operate under the name of Varteks (Varazdin Textile Industry) _in 1994. Di Caprio brand is created _in 2003. The first quotation on the Varazdin Stock exchange _in 2008.
