http://osha.europa.eu 2 New user interface

http://osha.europa.eu 3 OiRA 2.0, designed from the ground up Session menu Effortlessly switch between previous sessions with the new menu switcher, or just create a new session with the plus sign. Off canvas menu The new off canvas menu provides access to the core functions of the applications. Also on mobile! Hamburger menu The hamburger menu lets you hide and show the off canvas menu so it’s only there when you need it. Hide the menu when you’re concentrating on filling out a tool or show it when you’re clicking about between various parts of the application. Navigation tree The brand new navigation tree makes navigating easier than ever as it show the full name of each statement in the tool. It also scrolls independently from the form on the right hand side. Logged in Clearly see with which account you’re logged in at all times. Click to reach your account settings or to log out. Integrated evaluation Have you noticed there is no separate evaluation phase? It’s now possible to conduct the identification and evaluation of a tool all at once as we conveniently combined them to save you time. Personalisation With plenty of space for the logo of your sector and the customisable colour of the toolbar, your tool will always be recognisable as one provided by your sector.

http://osha.europa.eu 4 OiRA 2.0, mobile oriented design Off canvas menu Also on mobile screens, the off screen menu provides access to the core functions. But it’s only there when you need it. Hamburger menu Show or hide the off canvas menu whenever you need it. Navigation tree The complete identification and evaluation tree navigation is available throughout every tool at any time. Logged in Clearly see when you’re logged in. Click to reach your account settings or to log out. Integrated evaluation On both mobile and desktop you can identify and evaluate any risk at one go.

http://osha.europa.eu 7 Guest User: Main features The main features of the Guest user improvement are listed below: The Guest User feature will give the users the possibility to have a flavor of the tool without having to register/ identify himself, attracting more users to do it and also they will be able to use the tool for vocational training. Guest users will be able to have access to the tools (just like the "registered" ones) but they will not be able to save the risk assessment. Before ending the session, guest users will be given the option to register ("why not to register yourself so as not to lose the data?". So, the guest user feature will be used to attract new users and this final suggestion to convert and retain them.

http://osha.europa.eu 8 Guest User: Access Start a test session a guest user without having to register

http://osha.europa.eu 9 Guest User: New test session Select a tool Access the tool as a guest user Access the registration screen More information regarding the registration process, as well as about the benefits and limitations of the trial version

It will be visible throughout all the risk assessment process Screen displayed before the reporting phase, informing the guest user of the inability to download the reports.

http://osha.europa.eu 11 Transversal Navigation 2

http://osha.europa.eu 12 Transversal navigation: Main features The main features of the transversal navigation improvement are listed below: The current Identification and Evaluation phases will be merged into a single new screen, so the users can be able to identify and evaluate a risk at the same time. For the risks of type risk, that are the ones evaluated by the user, the evaluation fields will be injected into the screen. For the priority and policy risks, a message will be displayed on screen when the risk is identified. In order to make the navigation clearer to the users, the information regarding the details of the risks and the legal and policy references could be collapsed. There would be a ‘Show more’ button to display it.

http://osha.europa.eu 13 Transversal navigation: Identification / Evaluation Identification and evaluation phase merged Textbox to enter comments moved up. “Read more” feature, to avoid too much scroll down

http://osha.europa.eu 14 Transversal navigation: Evaluation fields When the risk is identified, the evaluation fields are injected into the screen Type risk with evaluated calculated method

http://osha.europa.eu 15 Transversal navigation: Different risks EstimatedSkip evaluation Priority risk Policy risk A message with an explanation will be displayed on screen for the risks that are not evaluated by the user. This will give them a deeper understanding of the tool.

http://osha.europa.eu 16 Add new risks 3

http://osha.europa.eu 17 Add new risks: Main features The main features of the add new risks improvement are listed below: Currently if the user needs to add specific risks of his company, he/she can do it in the reports (in the final report, adding text, and in the action plan, adding rows in the Excel). However specific risks cannot be added directly in the tool, so they cannot be visualized with the rest of risks when navigating through it. To allow a user to add new risks in the tool, a new entry point has been added to the menu after the standard modules of each tool, where the user will be able to create a list of specific risks, defining their priority and measures. This information will be exported automatically to the reports, in order to present it together with that of standard risks.

http://osha.europa.eu 18 Add new risks: Cover screen New entry point on the menu of modules Navigate to the screen to enter specific risks Go directly to action plan Cover screen

So, it has been replaced by a more modern and flexible one for a smoother experience of rich text editing and that, for instance, allows developers to embed images and other possibilities of complementing plain text. The Redactor Text Editor covers, for example, the following requirements: To be able to copy and paste formatted text from other programs like Word, Excel,... To resize images automatically according to the graphical template Give the possibility to include bullet points and numbers inside the text, as the editor proposed already allows
