1 How to set up a My Bookshelf account

2 In your web browser go to: www.worldbookonline.com www.worldbookonline.com Enter your school or library’s login details

3 Click or tap on the eBook icon

4 Once the eBook platform opens, note the login field in the top right-hand corner. Click ‘Sign Up’. You will be directed to a page to set up your account.

5 Enter in your details – choose a unique username such as an email address. All other usernames have to be 6-10 characters long

6 When your account has been successfully created a message will appear on your screen. Close this tab and return to the eBooks platform.

7 Now you’re back in the eBook platform, enter your unique username and password that you just created, into the Log in fields and click/tap ‘Log in’.

8 Once you have entered in your details correctly a customised “Welcome” message will appear in the top right hand corner indicating you have successfully logged in.

9 The My Bookshelf link under “Welcome” takes you to titles you have opened and downloaded. Click Sign Out to log out of your My Bookshelf account.

10 You have successfully created an account and are now able to begin editing, saving and downloading eBooks to your My Bookshelf account. Every time you want to edit any eBooks, remember to login to your My Bookshelf account for these to be saved. A message will appear each time to remind you. NOTE: Your My Bookshelf account details are what you use to login to the App. Remember these details.
