Walking With God!

(Ecl.7:14) 14. In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

(Ecl.5:19) 19. Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God. (Jm.1:17) 17. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. (1Tim.6:17) 17. Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

2. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. We must use our prosperity wisely: (1Cor.4:2)

6. But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. How do we use our prosperity wisely? (1Tim.6:6-10)

17. Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; How do we use our prosperity wisely? (1Tim.6:17-19) 1st: Trust in the Living God! (vs.17)

(Lk.12:16-19) 16. And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: 17. And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? 18. And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. 19. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.

18. That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; How do we use our prosperity wisely? (1Tim.6:17-19) 1st: Trust in the Living God! (vs.17) 2nd: Be rich in good works! (vs.18)

(1Cor.16:1-2) 1. Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye. 2. Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come. YOU CAN GIVE MORE!

(1Cor.16:17) 17. I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied. YOU CAN SUPPORT THE PREACHING OF THE GOSPEL INDIVIDUALLY!

(Eph.4:28) 28. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. YOU CAN HELP THE NEEDY, ALL THE NEEDY!

(Lk.12:20-21) 20. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? 21. So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

19. Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. How do we use our prosperity wisely? (1Tim.6:17-19) 1st: Trust in the Living God! (vs.17) 2nd: Be rich in good works! (vs.18) 3rd: By laying it up on the other side: (vs.19)

(Ecl.7:14) 14. In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

In Christ = SAVED Baptized (Gal.3:27) Confess (Rom.10:10) Hear (Rom.10:17) Believe (Jn.8:24) Repent (Lk.13:3) You can’t walk with God without being in Christ!
