4 Quick Substitution Protocol 4 Scorer Bench 2 nd Referee When the substitute player enters the substitution zone, the scorer pushes the buzzer or the second referee blows their whistle. The player and the substitute proceed to the sideline. If the request for substitution is not legal, the scorer will press the buzzer a second time. The referee confirms the legal substitution by allowing the exchange of players. The scorer raises two hands when all notations are registered on the score sheet The second referee raises two hands towards the first referee indicating that they are ready for the match to resume Warm-Up Area Coach

5 Quick Substitution Protocol 5 Scorer Bench To proceed with more than ONE substitution All substitutes must report to the substitution zone at the same time to be considered part of the same request Substitutions will be made in succession, one pair of players after another Warm-Up Area 2 nd Referee Coach
